Because each pretzel is made by hand, it's normal to see slight variations in color and shape. Proudly made in the USA, handcrafted in Milwaukee, WI. The Milwaukee Pretzel Company didn't invent the Bavarian style soft pretzel, or "bretzel" in German, but we did perfect it. Each pretzel is hand-rolled and baked fresh the day they are shipped.
Our pretzels are all-natural. Our products only use the highest quality ingredients, and flavors are derived from traditional ingredients such as wheat, malt, rye, and real butter which all pass off and deepen during our slow fermentation process. No preservatives, additives, artificial colors, or flavorings are used in any of our products, and pretzel twists have no added sugar.
And there's a certain "tang" to the Bavarian style pretzel that sets it apart from other soft pretzels.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
You may cancel your order for a refund if you’ve placed the order within 24 hours.
To qualify for a refund, you must cancel your order before order confirmation, in writing. We will also absorb all the transactional, commission fees and charges.
In the event whereby the customs declaration and import are not successful, you would also be refunded in full.
No cancellation or refunds after the order have been confirmed or ship out by our merchants.

Product may not be tested, safe, compatible or approved for your country. Please check with your local law enforcer.
Products operating in the GSM Frequency Bands (890-915 MHz and 935-960 MHz), may not be registered, it is “For Export Only – Not Approved for local use".
Otherwise, a permit (e.g. IDA permit) or valid approval number must be provided.

WARRANTY
Products come with a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects, up to 30 days.
